About Lucinda
Lucinda has been visiting the Vineyard since she was a child and has been a year round resident since 1995. After many years with the Edgartown Jewelers Studio, Lucinda finally established her exclusive studio in Oak Bluffs where she showcases all her work.
Lucinda has established herself as one of the Vineyard's most highly sought-after artisans creating beautiful cloisonné and "jeweled enamel" pieces. Lucinda has taken the ancient art form of enameling one step further, combining fire polished crystal beads and vintage glass cabochon stones, to make these unique, one of a kind pieces. Her mother, Beryl Sheldon, developed this art form in the 1950's and Lucinda is still working with many of the same materials. These are truly pieces to treasure.
